Medical identity theft occurs when another person uses your identity or insurance information to obtain medical services. Since the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services started keeping records in 2009, between 27.8 and 67.7 million Americans have had their medical records breached. Old Life Insurance Policies Could Have Value
